Online 1:1 TBT – Trauma Buster Technique (holistic)

Do you know the feeling of repeatedly ending up in the same situations or relationships? Do you feel held back by old wounds, hurts, or stressful experiences—even though they already belong to the past?

Often it’s not the events themselves, but the unconscious patterns and belief systems that developed from them and continue to influence our thinking, feeling, and behavior to this day.

In a personal 1:1 online TBT session, I accompany you in becoming consciously aware of distressing emotional patterns, identifying limiting beliefs, and developing new perspectives for your next steps—mindfully, with appreciation, and at your own pace.

The session can help you to:

  • reflect on stressful experiences from childhood or your family of origin

  • let go of hurts, rejection, or hurtful statements

  • strengthen your self-worth and your trust in yourself

  • better understand recurring relationship and behavior patterns

Sometimes wounds, humiliation, or impactful experiences leave traces that unconsciously influence our thinking, feelings, and actions. In a TBT session, these experiences can be viewed consciously and new perspectives developed. This creates space to let go of old emotional burdens, expand your awareness, and act from a new inner clarity and strength.

Depending on your needs, an auditory and/or visual protocol can be used. The goal is to process distressing experiences in a new way so that they no longer have the same emotional intensity as before. This can make it easier to break free from distressing thought loops and refocus on the here and now. This creates space for more inner clarity, lightness, and new energy in everyday life.

TBT is a holistic method in which, through gentle tapping on selected meridian points, body and mind are included in the process. I guide you step by step and show you every tapping sequence—simple, easy to understand, and easy to implement.

I trained EFT with Maya de Vries (in the tradition of Gary Craig) and benefited from her expertise through ongoing supervision. In my practice, I integrate these modalities with shamanic techniques to offer comprehensive, personalized support.

My name is Myriam Adams. I lived and worked in Newport, South Wales, UK, for over 12 years. Two of our three children were born in this beautiful country, and I remain deeply connected to the UK. For years, many friends have asked when I would offer tapping sessions again. So here it is: more and more people have discovered that online sessions are not only possible but effective—especially with today’s advanced tools.

Participation (Online or On-site):
The workshop includes self-awareness exercises that require normal mental and physical resilience. If you prefer to skip any exercise for any reason, please inform me beforehand. You take full responsibility for your participation.

Whenever you are addressing deep-seated issues, it is important to prioritize your stability and sense of security. For significant challenges or unresolved traumas, I strongly recommend working with a trusted consultant rather than attempting to work alone.

Alternatively, if you prefer to use EFT in another setting, we can focus not on uncovering difficult issues but on strengthening your resilience and helping you access your inner resources.
